To supplement our repair and maintenance capability, we also undertake a variety of specialist works including mechanical and electrical plant overhauls, complete refurbishments and replacements of environmental equipment. Mechanical and electrical components form an integral part of any building and most major modifications will impact upon them. Retrofitting mechanical and electrical components and systems represents a significant challenge for specialist contractors.

Unlike new build projects, where the optimal system can be incorporated into the design, modernisation projects require extra care and skill to ensure the upgrade complements the existing infrastructure.
