At Richardson, our core maintenance
capability covers planned and reactive maintenance
for mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation
and air conditioning. We aim to work with our clients
to develop and implement maintenance solutions that
maximise asset health, whole life cycle costs and
minimise the risk of disruption to clients’ service delivery through our best practice maintenance programmes.
We have also established a building fabric maintenance operation that provides us with the flexibility to offer a reactive service in a contract or non-contract situation. The fabric team have recently invested in specialist drainage equipment to enable Richardson to offer a more robust maintenance solution.
At Richardson, we offer a flexible service which can be designed to suit our clients’ needs. As such we can offer a permanent on-site presence, a mobile maintenance service or a combination of both; all of which are supported by our Help Desk, providing technical and responsive support is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
