The vast majority of our repair and maintenance work is secured through contracts where over a fixed period of time we provide planned and reactive support. To maximise the lifetime of assets planned preventative maintenance schedules are derived from relevant industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. By using reliability centred maintenance techniques we provide an innovative and alternative economic, cost effective and reliable service.
Even when a planned maintenance schedule is in place, for a variety of reasons, such as extreme climates, intensity of usage, mis-usage, assets can fail. As such we offer a reactive maintenance service aimed at identifying and repairing any problems within predetermined timescales. The service level agreements, developed in collaboration with our clients, will prioritise response times to individual asset failures to ensure minimal downtime. On some occasions it may be more cost effective to replace an asset and our experienced engineers are qualified to advise on the best option for our clients.
Depending on the geographical proliferation and volume / complexity of the assets we have the versatility to offer permanent site based teams, mobile coverage from our in-house engineers and / or a combination of both to cover the planned and reactive maintenance needs across our client’s portfolio.
